The newest member of the MVXC coaching staff is Irina Stiasny…Coach Irina is a physical therapist working out of Breakthrough Physical Therapy in Sunnyvale. With an undergraduate degree from USF and a doctorate in physical therapy from USC, Coach Irina knows her stuff! And she is a marathoner, too, so she knows running! Coach Irina has taken charge of MVXC core training and judging from the moans and groans from the athletes, she is challenging the team to work hard and find their limits!
