Sadly, the 2016 track season is coming to an end; and that means it’s time to return uniforms.
Uniform return will be Monday, May 9, immediately after school ends. Please bring your uniform to Mrs. Flatow in the student parking lot, at the trailer near the tennis courts. Your uniform should be clean and undamaged; if you are missing any piece of the uniform or it is severely damaged such as a rip that you have not repaired, please bring a check made out to Monta Vista ASB for $50 for each item missing.
The following groups do not need to return uniforms:
–> Anyone planning on running cross-country in the Fall should download and fill out the form below and return this to Coach Flatow or to Mrs. Flatow.
–>If you qualified for the SCVAL championships you should keep your uniform (but PLEASE remember to return it when your season ends!).
SENIORS:
Uniform return is critical for you. On Wednesday, May 11, if you have not returned your uniform completely, there will be a delinquency filed for you with ASB (unless you are competing at SCVAL; Brent, Vamsee, Namrata etc–and we know where you live :). PLEASE let’s make uniform return simple this year, bring your uniform back on Monday! No one wants this to be a big hassle!
