We will be holding optional workouts at 9am from Monday through Friday every day during the Winter Break for the entire track and field team. Whether you can make the optional group workouts or not, we hope that you will stay with the program–that is why Coach John has given you this plan. Wherever you are, find time to keep workout out. You all looked really good this week and we can tell the first – few – weeks soreness and workout curve is fading for most of you! You have made big deposits in your “fitness bank”–don’t squander your investment, keep working!
