Dawn on Monday morning saw a big group of Monta Vista runners flying through the mist in the hills of the Fremont Older Open Space. It was a great morning for a workout; cool, with fog that kept us all comfortable as we put in the work. Everything looked great up there–very inspiring to be up in the hills
And no kidding, we looked very very fast. Having so many of our dedicated athletes out for a holiday workout was a great way to start the week before our first race on Saturday the 8th at Chieftain.
We will talk more about the race as the week goes on. In the meantime, the meet sheet has been posted.
