Friday, May 15, will be the track and field uniform return day, in the Monta Vista bus circle. Athletes and/or their parents may walk or drive through the bus circle to drop off their uniform.
Please wash your jacket, pants, shorts and singlet and place them in your track bag for return. Also, please write your name, grade, and student ID number on an full piece of paper and put this in the track bag with your uniform so that we know the gear is yours.
All your items were issued to you without damage. For any missing or damaged item, please write a check made out to Monta Vista ASB for $50 per item and include that check in your track bag.
You also must return the same uniform numbers that you were issued–if you were given track bag #99, you must return the correct track bag, shorts, jacket, etc. If you have the wrong item number, return that number, and tell us that you have the wrong number–if your item is returned by someone else, and you return their item, we will fix that. The exception is seniors–for seniors, please write us a check for any incorrect number now, and if we can find yours we will destroy the check and notify you.
If you are a senior, please plan to return your uniform on May 15 between 9:00am and 9:45am in the bus circle. For everyone else, please plan to return your uniform between 9:45am and 11:00am. If you are joining the cross country team in the Fall, tell us in the form below, and you do not have to come to the uniform return on Friday–we will see you in Cross Country!
