Sadly, it is time to think about returning our uniforms.
Unless you are going to join the track team! In that case, you can keep your uniform and use it next season. Yay!
Here is the process we are going to try this season.
EVERYONE should fill out the GoogleForm that has been created. If you are joining the track team, fill out the form and you are done. YAY!
If you are not joining the track team, still fill out the form so we know who is returning your uniform. Bring your uniform after school on Monday, November 15, to the purple shed in the student parking lot (if you are confused, come to the track and we will straighten you out).
A few FAQs:
I have someone else’s jacket, but I don’t know who’s jacket I have? Fill out the form and we will try to sort this out. If someone else has your jacket, pants, whatever and you have their item, then we can make the exchange. Otherwise, this counts as your lost item and we will return what you have to the correct owner.
I plan to run track, but can I get a larger singlet? Bring anything you want to exchange to the uniform return on Monday and Mrs. Flatow will exchange it for you.
I plan to run track, but I ripped an item and I’d like to get a new one. Can I do that? Bring your damaged item to the uniform return on Monday–and bring a check or cash. If the item is destroyed we can replace it for $50. If the item is damaged but Mrs. Flatow thinks we can get the item fixed, then she will tell you what it will cost to have it repaired. Checks should be made out to Monta Vista ASB.
My track bag is ripping along the zipper. What should I do? Sadly, this is a problem with these bags. We are not charging students for this problem. If your bag is ripping, please bring the bag on Monday and we will replace it.
I can’t get the stupid GoogleDoc to open. Now what? Fill out the attached form ONLY if you can’t get the Google form to open, and return this to Coach Flatow this week.
