Attached is a schedule for the 2023 Monta Vista track and field season…this is subject to change but should be fairly solid…let’s download this and enter the dates into our personal calendars now! Hmm…let’s see…wait, what, the 400 Shootout is WHEN?!?!??? Already? yikes!
Also for you distance running achievers who are always looking for extra credit, Coach Flatow will be at the Monta Vista track on Saturday, January 28, at 8am. This is totally optional, but if want to run a light pre-season workout, shake off some rust and remember what track feels like, Coach will be there! (With the clipboard 🙂 ) If you are not a distance running, you are still welcome…come be part of the energy…we will pop open the shed if you need anything! Plus coach just wants to see some athletes after a winter in Oregon.
