After a week of 100+, 80 degrees sure feels pretty good, doesn’t it?

- De La Salle Invitational on Saturday! Please be at the bus circle at 5:30am for lift off. Don’t forget to RSVP for the pasta night at Nikhita’s house. The updated meet sheet is here…if you happen to have already found the old version of this meet sheet, the changes are around the JV boys race. There were 400 entries to the JV boys’ three mile race, so the split it into two races. Seven of our boys will be running in the original 9:05 time slot, and 13 in the new race at 10:35am. No changes to the varsity races or the girls’ races. Check the meet sheet!
- Also posted is the Baylands meet sheet. Remember, you are going to be responsible for arranging your own transportation to Baylands so start talking with your parents and friends to arrange rides, if you have not already started these conversations. The reason we are not providing a bus or car pool is because as the school start time has gotten later, more and more people were opting to find their own transportation to minimize school time missed. This lead to more people opting out of the bus, or trying to arrange very particular departure times, and this chaos was too hard to centrally manage. So…ride planning for this meet (and the other three upcoming SCVAL meets, and Lynbrook) will be distributed. You must figure out how to get yourself to the meet on time (and back home after).
