The meet sheet for the SCVAL Championships on November 2 is posted!   We are back to compete in our De Anza League division meet at Crystal once again–yay!

The team has looked fantastic the past couple weeks.  Our workouts have been blazing, our performance at Lynbrook was impressive and showed our fitness, and our attitude and positivity is top-notch.  We are ready for a great meet!

The team is set to be released at 11:30am, because the junior varsity girls race begins at 1:45pm.  Not all of you have to leave at 11:30am, plan your day according to your race.  In any case, you should talk to your teachers or send them a note to let them know if you will be missing class for the league championship meet–it is polite to let your teachers know in advance that you will be gone.  (BTW it is NOT polite to ask, “will I miss anything important?”  The answer is always yes, so don’t ask! 🙂 )

Remember, you will be responsible for your transportation to and from Crystal Springs.
