Jason and Kyle Tsujimoto would like to invite the cross-country team to get together for a big hike the day before school starts and before after-school practice starts! This sounds like a lot of fun and a great bonding event for the team. For all the new runners…since this is a hike, you will have a chance to walk with some of the 3rd and 4th year runners and get to know them, and ask for any advice about running (and freshman, you can ask all your questions about your first few weeks of high school!).
The hike will head off from Jason and Kyle’s house at 10537 Manzanita Court (near Rancho San Antonio) on Sunday, August 13. Everyone should meet there at 9:30am, for a 10am departure. They are planning a 6 hour hike–it’s a long one!–and then Kyle’s dad will BBQ an early dinner for everyone! That sounds pretty great.
