Here are some choices for running from the Monta Vista track to Jollyman Park and back. We have options to run to Jollyman, drill, and return to school with round-trip mileage between 3.0 miles / 4.8km up to 5.7 miles / 9.2km; and there are, of course, options to extend that further on the roads or by adding a lap or two on the track beforehand or afterward.  We could also have a pretty decent 3-mile tempo route by using the RR track route and tack on 3 laps on the track; if we start on the West side of Stelling, across from Jollyman, the Bubb road crossing would be the worst road to cross.
