Hello runners!

We know that right now you are focused on turning Bs into As during finals next week (or A’s into A+s?).   You must be, otherwise why are you up at 3am???

But afterwards…think about a run to blow off the rust and dust from your marathon study sessions, and start your winter conditioning!

How about a workout at 9:30am, Saturday December 17, meeting in front of the wrestling room at MV?  This is completely optional, informal and open to anyone training for any sport who would like some general conditioning!  There will be a couple coaches there to run with you and to answer any questions you might have about your training between now and when the track & field season gets rolling in February.

Please get the word out, invite your friends, and we hope to see you there!
