MVTF athletes are off to a great start!  We have had great weather so far and the forecast seems good so let’s keep our momentum moving us forward…you have been doing so well, you owe it to yourself to keep building!
Your coaches have worked up a schedule to support our training next week, with several options.  For athletes that are traveling, we will have suggested workouts posted for you to follow.

Saturday February 15:  Distance runners @ 7am with Coach Flatow.  Sprinters/Jumpers/Hurdlers @ 8am with Vivian Cheng.  Any athlete is welcome to join us and use bikes, med balls, etc.
Monday February 17:  Distance runners @ 8am with Coach Flatow (other athletes are welcome to join if they want to train early using the workouts that will be posted for on-line).  Sprinters/Jumpers/Hurdlers @3:30pm with Coach Curtis.  Throwers at 3:30pm with Coach Heen.
Tuesday February 18:  Distance runners @ 8am with Coach Flatow (other athletes are welcome to join if they want to train early using the workouts that will be posted for on-line).  High Jumpers at 8am with Coach Hartford and Coach Dobbins.  Sprinters/Jumpers/Hurdlers @3:30pm with Coach Curtis.  Throwers at 3:30pm with Coach Heen.  Any athlete is welcome to join either workout and use bikes, med balls, etc.
