Monta Vista Cross Country’s unprecedented sweep of the FUHSD Championships!
Yes, the Monta Vista varsity boys and varsity girls both captured the team titles (the girls had a gutty 9th straight championship by a mere two points, as Ellie Hsu and Vivian Lau passed the 5th runner from host Lynbrook to tag the Vikings with the difference making points). And Rohun Agrawal and Sylvana Northrop romped home with individual victories, as MVXC hauled home all four perpetual trophies!
MVXC individuals continued to work hard and demonstrated improvement again with an eye-popping 26 personal records!

Plan on coming to the league championships on Tuesday, November 5, at Crystal Springs! The first race will be our JV girls team at 1:45pm, the girls will be looking to improve on last year’s second place finish.
