MVXC had a big group of runners out for our optional Saturday workout on September 14–a huge number considering that the coaches had promised a hard, hard workout! The group ran two to four cruise intervals each on the one mile Candy Crush loop–with only a one-minute recovery–and they looked good doing it! Congratulations, all of you–this is a great workout for Crystal!
